Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at 4x4.online@autospecgroup.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship back the product at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the cost of products shipping costs will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed at any of our stores Online or Physical, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the total order value.

To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer support team at 4x4.online@autospecgroup.com.au within the Cancellation Window from the time of purchase. We'll guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

The restocking fee is implemented to cover processing costs and maintain the efficiency of our operations. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we strive to provide the best service possible to all our valued customers.

Oversell Stock Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of an oversell of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
