Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, whether online or at one of our physical stores, a restocking fee of 10% of the total order value will apply.
This fee helps cover administration, order processing, supplier commitments, and any stock allocation or preparation already completed for your order.
