This snorkel and pod filter alloy airbox kit has been expertly designed and crafted by the team at Fabulous Fabrications. Each component is carefully handcrafted in-house using the highest quality materials, including 316 stainless steel for the snorkel and 3mm aluminium for the airbox.

These materials are purge welded and fully tig welded for superior durability and a flawless finish. Additionally, the kit includes a 3mm laser cut endcap and precision laser cut and folded airbox for optimal performance.

The airbox is coated with Dulux Mannex Black and comes with a Unifilter air filter, specifically designed for our airbox. It also includes a fully serviceable 4.5mm nitrile gasket, 3mm alloy pressure plate, and 6mm perspex lid with a laser engraved Fabulous Fabrications logo. To ensure a durable seal, we also provide a universal washer kit from Flexible Drive. The CNC machined, one-piece billet aluminum MAF housing is designed to factory specifications in order to prevent any issues with vehicle error codes.

Please note: The NP300 does not connect to the factory airbox as the airbox lacks an adequate seal for the factory air filter.

When driving through wet conditions, the snorkel's leading edge is struck by water and the wind forces the water to rise up the snorkel. As the engine air speed is greater than the traveling speed, the water is then pulled back down the snorkel. Using a stainless snorkel connected to the factory airbox can cause wet filters, resulting in distortion and poor sealing. This can lead to the infiltration of dust and dirt, potentially causing damage to the turbo and engine.

The NP300 requires the removal of the factory washer bottle and a rotation of the ECU by 90 degrees in order to run the piping for the snorkel through the inner guard. Both components attach to the front and back of the provided airbox. Our kit includes all necessary fixtures, fittings, and a detailed installation guide for a seamless setup.
